Start where the failure happens
If no Filmxy page opens, check another website and then retry the homepage. If the homepage works but one link does not, search the film name again. If posters load but interactive results remain empty, reload the page once and wait for the title list to appear before changing filters.
Search returns nothing
Remove a date or language filter, shorten the query and check the spelling. A series is not included when the format is set to Movies. A runtime filter also selects films, not an entire television season. For a year range, the ending date must not precede the starting date.
A viewing page or video fails
Check your selected country and open the exact production, not a remake. Then compare another listed offer if one exists. Buffering inside a viewing player is separate from a Filmxy search failure. Close another high-bandwidth activity, try a lower player quality if available and test a different connection before changing multiple settings.
A list or checkpoint disappeared
Check the browser profile first. Private browsing, cleared website data and a different device can all produce an empty local list. Restore a backup if you have one. Do not clear more website data as a first response to missing saved titles.
